Collection Rimon Showcases Scottish Artist Peter Stanway
Please allow me to introduce ‘Collection Rimon’ the latest gallery showing and selling the best collection of affordable and desirable contemporary art and framing available to the discerning Marbella art lovers. Up until June this year the gallery owners have been running their successful business from Fuengirola showing their exclusive high-end art in major cities around the world.
You will find ‘Collection Rimon’ next door to the delicious ‘Pan y Mermalada’ at Urb. Marbella Real, L. 23 on the Bulevar Principe Alonso de Hohenlohe, 29600 Marbella. Opposite the Marbella Club Hotel.
Featured among the artists they host is Peter Stanway. No stranger to these shores. We featured an interview with Peter when he had a series of exhibitions last year (link). Peter, a former student at Glasgow School of Art, has been working on the theme of ‘Journeys’ and as we journey with him we discover not only amazing colourful landscapes full of texture and composition but also insights into Peter’s spiritual journey that finds expression through his art.
His new, bold and impressive paintings will be part of a special Christmas exhibition at ‘Collection Rimon’ inaugurating on Friday December 12th and running through to January 11th, 2015.
If you are looking for a unique gift for someone special this Christmas, take time to visit ‘Collection Rimon’.

“I first made contact with the talented Scottish artist, Peter Stanway in the Tamisa Golf Hotel, where he was holding a well attended exhibition of his stimulating and unusual paintings. I found myself facing a tall, powerfully-built man, with longish grey hair, a friendly face with the warm expressive eyes of a man of integrity and confidence in his creative talents. My first impression was that he was straight from Hollywood movie versions of Rob Roy or Braveheart.
After being introduced Peter guided me through his exhibition, explaining some of the deeper meaning behind his artistic skills and I began to understand the creative mind of this gifted artist.
I know that it will not be too long before those admirers of contemporary art in Marbella the scene, will be aware of the name of Peter Stanway.”
