The FAMA DANCE ACADEMY has had an amazing year again. Full of news, interesting long term projects and lots of followers.
The year started with the introduction of the STOP XENOCIDE project, a world wide movement and an unparalleled experiment. The project´s goal is to raise youth empowerment through world wide social media, against historical and contemporary genocide. The next exciting events have been our summer school with an amazing international dance program. Dance teachers from the Opera de Paris were invited and even a top dancer from New York held a fantastic workshop. Not forgetting all the performances during the whole summer season in all main events on the Coast, as there is the July Gala of CONCORDIA and CHILDREN FOR PEACE in Marbella.
The students of our Academy are trained to perform professionally in all different styles and events. All of them are specialist in Classical Ballet, Modern Dance, Break Dance, Musicals, and they are learning to rap and sing. They learned to make up with a make up specialist Luisa Machen
They were part of music videos and our video stories or the STOP XENOCIDE project. We have done several photo shoots with Pete Ridge with classical dance elements on the rocks as well as modern/funky and cool stuff in front of graffiti walls at the skate park. Right now we are producing a meditation video where the healer is calling young people to love the world and its crowd, live in harmony and respect for each other, and the dancers are an important part of this video edition.
