David J. Mairs, a professional musician living and working in Spain, has just made his first sponsored skydive for Alzheimer’s Research at the tender age of 60 years:

On Sunday the 16th of May I had the most incredible experience of my life. I had my first ever sponsored skydive in aid of Alzheimer’s Research. Steve, the jump-master, and I stepped out of a perfectly good aircraft into a whole bunch of very fresh air. It took me a few seconds to regain my senses and believe me I’ve never felt so alive and can’t wait to do it again. So far the team and I have raised €3000. Many thanks to all for your generosity.
