Berlin, Tradition and Cutting Edge Technolgy in Harmony.
LG Hyper Facade event in Berlin
Berlin is an amazing City. It can best be described as a live work in constant progress; evolving and changing shaped by an unseen sculptors hand; never satisfied with the Status Quo. It never remains still, but advances in numerous and various directions, proving itself to the watching nations as a leader of world capitals.
Berlin does not have that comfortable self satisfied “we have made it feel”, of say London, Paris and Rome. Like an impatient, potent young man, Berlin wants and demands change and is effortlessly driving itself forwards with energy, ambition and new potential. An example of this is that Berlin is an official UNESCO City of Design and has built up an excellent reputation when it comes to creativity. The above video is one example of the ingenuity and enthusiasm of its inhabitants unafraid to embrace revolutionary progress and “Made in Berlin”, is a growing and respected trade mark.
Berlin, has tradition and cutting edge technology that works in harmony, the city often standing at the center of crucial world events past and present, setting new standards in business, the arts, politics and it’s geographical situation, has always made the City a bridge between the cultures of the East and the West.
I have just returned from another most enjoyable visit to Berlin one of my favourite European cities; re- energized by the splendour and positivity I inhale whenever I am within its tree-filled boundaries blessed with an abundance of architecturally fascinating palaces and museums. A City well worth visiting.
