"The Children for Peace" choose Paul Wilcockson L.M.P.A for their Gala, aided by Diane Sutton.
The International charity “The Children for Peace ONLUS” has chosen British photographer and artist Paul Wilcockson L.M.P.A to represent them, and at his request, he will be assisted by British photographer Diane Sutton, flown in especially from the UK, to work with Paul, on this glamorous and distinguished Gala event, held at the exclusive Hotel Villa Padierna on 4 June 2011.
The President of the charity Debbi Mace and the Vice- President Lamia Kashoggi are both admirers of Paul’s work. The event will be compered by the glamorous Spanish star Ana Obregon.
 
It will be their first collaboration, and each is looking forward to the unique experience, of working with with the other in covering this event which will include a group of children from the Middle East, flown in for the occasion, as well as over 50 talented Spanish and other national child dancers and ballerinas ( including two from New York) under the supervision and training of their teacher Manuela Veronese. www.popacademia.com
It will be quite a task for Paul and Diane to capture photographically, the many delights Manuela and her enthusiastic dancers have prepared for them.   Paul is well known to many people on the coast, as he has lived and worked here, for many years and in fact, was born in Barcelona and though his parents were English, he spoke Spanish before he could English. He is considered by many, to be one of the very best photographers in Andalucia this view is reflected in him being chosen by The Children for Peace.  www.thechildrenforpeace.com
Diane Sutton
Diane has been a photographer in Spain and the Uk for many years, previous work included a press shoot for “The Garage”TV documentary shot in Marbella, GHD the launch of pink in Spain and many other shoots from studio work to property and charity events.
Diane moved back to the UK two years ago but has now decided to move back to Spain in Fuengirola where she had previously lived for 8 years. Diane is also keen on music and enjoys writing original material.
She is looking forward to being at this gala event and to take photos of the celebrities and guests who wll be attending in considerable numbers.Â
