"Porque te vas" Arielle Dombasle
Arielle Dombasle (Arielle Laure Maxime Sonnery de Fromental), is the daughter of Jean-Louis Melchior Sonnery de Fromental, a silk manufacturer, and Francion Garreau-Dombasle.and was born in Connecticut, USA. Due to her mothers death, she spent her childhood in Mexico with her grandfather who was the French Ambassador. After her grand parents returned to France Arielle embarked on a singing and acting career.
 Arielle is a French-American singer, actress, director and model. Her breakthrough roles were in Éric Rohmer’s Pauline at the Beach (1983) and Alain Robbe-Grillet’s The Blue Villa (1995). She is best known to American audiences for her appearances on Miami Vice and the 1984 miniseries Lace. She has released eight singles between 1978 and 2009 and six albums. All are in French.
Though most of her acting work( some 50 movies) has been in the french language She also appeared in several Hollywood English-language productions  She has also directed and wrote the script for two films, namely Les Pyramides Bleues and Chassé- croisé.
 She is married to the French philosopher and writer Bernard-Henri Lévy. Apart from being a big movie star Arielle Dombasle is also an accomplished singer not only in French but English and Spanish as this video shows, supported by a great orchestra her new album Amor Amor, sounds straight out of a bygone age  and includes pop standards in Spanish and English,
