Personalities from the world of politics and the national tourism sector attended the MuchoViaje 2009 awards this week at the Madrid Casino. The Junta de Andalucia was once again awarded for the ‘Andalucia, te quiere’ campaign, for the Best Advertising Campaign of 2009.

The Best Tourist Promotion award went to the Costa del Sol, thanks to an agreement between the tourism board and the Accommodation Tour Operators Association, which allowed the coast of Malaga to be promoted as an ideal destination throughout Spain.

The jury for the prizes were the MuchoViaje magazine’s editorial team and the 110,000 euros of the MuchoViaje website.
