Valderama Club is returning
The Andalucia Masters, with prize money of three million euros ($4.52 million), will make its European Tour debut next year.
The Valderrama Club, which hosted the prestigious Volvo Masters for 21 years, is returning to the circuit to stage the Oct. 28-31 event.
“Today is a giant step not only for Valderrama but for tourism in Andalucia,” club president Felipe Ortiz-Patino said in a news release on Friday.
It will be the second tournament in the region next year, with the Andalucia Open also taking place in Malaga from March 25-28.
