Indictment of Sandra von Bismarck
The Provincial Court in Málaga has confirmed that the German aristocrat and Countess, Sandra von Bismark, is indicted for money laundering as part of the Malaya proceedings. Her involvement is linked to the purchase and sale of a plot of land in Marbella.
Her processing in the case comes in the third and last documents in which she figures along with Juan Antonio Roca, the ex municipal real estate assessor at the centre of the alleged corruption, and two lawyers from the Madrid offices of Sánchez Zubizarreta.
The Malaya case is now expected to get underway in Málaga in July.
Sandra is the sister in law to Gunilla Von Bismarck, and she had earlier told the courts in Marbella in April last year that she had not paid any commissions from financial havens to Juan Antonio Roca.
